Cross-sectional Profile

OM3 panels are fixed onto carrier Metal Bar (MB3, MB3-85S or MB3-135S). The panels are to be installed from right to left or vice-versa. The MB3 carrier has profiled flanges which are designed to fit the shape of the OM3 panels. Initially, the leg of the OM3 panel is slotted into the carrier MB3 and then light pressure is applied on the panel to ensure that the OM3 panel is clipped on firmly to the carrier

Installation Method

OM3 Panels are fixed onto the carrier Metal Bar (MB3, MB3-85S or MB3-135S). The panels are installed right to left or vice-versa. The MB3 carrier has profile flanges corresponding to the shape of the OM3 panels. The leg of the OM3 is first slotted into the carrier and then light pressure is applied on the panel to ensure that the OM3 is engaged firmly to the carrier.

Spacing shall subject to actual site condition.

Important Note: Flat metal surfaces will display waviness commonly referred to as oil canning. This caused by steel mill tolerances and is a characteristic, not a defect, of panels manufactured from light gauge metal. Oil canning will not be accepted as a cause for rejection.
