Installation Method

OM5 panels are fixed onto carrier Metal Bar (MB5). The panels are to be installed from right to left or vice-versa. The MB5 carrier has profiled flanges which are designed to fit the shape of the OM5 panels. Initially, the leg of the OM5 panel is slotted into the carrier MB5 and then light pressure is applied on the panel to ensure that the OM5 panel is clipped on firmly to the carrier.

   Spacing shall subject to actual site condition.

Important Note: Flat metal surfaces will display waviness commonly referred to as oil canning. This caused by steel mill tolerances and is a characteristic, not a defect, of panels manufactured from light gauge metal. Oil canning will not be accepted as a cause for rejection.
