Our fire rated doors are manufactured to suit timber or metal frame and is tested and approved by MS 1073 part 3: 1996.

It is constructed from hardwood timber stiles and intermediate rails. It is sandwiched with 6mm thick fire board and 3mm thick plywood to form an overall thickness of ± 44mm. The void areas of the timber framework are filled with 25mm thick of insulating wool.
